Considering the vastness of the Star Wars universe, and all the complex plot lines, Rogue One attempts to bridge some gaps in this story. It tells the tale of the Erso family, where Galen (the dad) is one of the chief engineers in the construction of the Death Star, and his daughter (Jyn) who tries to rescue him and fight against the Imperials. Rogue One contains the elements needed for a good movie and has some comedic moments which make it a wholesome watch. The cinematography of space and planets was nothing short of astounding and the graphic team did a fantastic job. Chronologically in the Star Wars cinematic universe, this movie comes in at number 4 just after the prequel trilogy. I’d recommend this a watch!
